The LIFE website acts as a gateway to the LIFE programme, providing a wealth of information on the programme and LIFE projects, including a comprehensive project database. The website also facilitates access to publications, audiovisual material, and project management and administrative tools and documents.

The AEIDL-LIFE communication team produces four thematic brochures every year, focusing on priority objectives of the LIFE programme. These 48-72 page publications are printed (5000 copies) and available in electronic format on the LIFE website.

Every year, the European Commission and the LIFE committees in the Member States select around 20 of the most successful LIFE projects in each component, five of which are then awarded the title of “Best of the Best”. All of these projects are featured in the Best projects brochures, which are produced by the AEIDL-LIFE communication team.

The monthly newsletter, LIFEnews, presents a digest of news, events and other interesting developments within the LIFE programme.

Maintaining the database of LIFE projects and a comprehensive archive of photos, videos, and other material is one of the core responsibilities of the AEIDL-LIFE communication team.

The AEIDL-LIFE communication team also produces a range of other communication products, including posters, leaflets, bookmarks, etc.
